Personal data administrator and general declarations.

CSHARK sp. z o.o., a limited liability company based in city of Wrocław, Poland (called: CSHARK later) is the owner of MAKO-IOT platform and the administrator of your personal data collected in the course of using the platform. At CSHARK, we are fully committed to upholding the highest standards of data protection and privacy in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) enacted by the European Union. We hereby declare our steadfast commitment to the compliance with GDPR, which we acknowledge as a critical component of our operations, and we're commited to uphold the rules no matter if end user comes from within the European Union or from any other country in the world. We understand the importance of data protection and have taken the necessary steps to ensure that our data processing protocols are in full compliance with the key principles of GDPR.

Right of access

You have the right to access your personal data collected by CSHARK at any time. You can make a subject access request in writing, using contact@mako-iot.io address. We will respond to your request without undue delay, but no later than within one week.

Right of erasure

You have right to erase all your personal information from our systems by accessing such command in Manage Your Account → Personal Data → Delete button. Be advised that both your user account and MAKO-IOT platform may not function properly after erasing your personal dat from our systems. Note that this is done automatically if you ever delete your user account in MAKO-IOT platform.

Right of data portability

You have right to request all your personal information from our automated systems in a portable format. I you’d like to do so, please access such command in Manage Your Account → Personal Data → Download button.

Right of rectification

You have right to correct your personal information in our systems. I you’d like to do so, please access Manage Your Account → Profile → Edit button.

Right to restrict processing

You have the right to request the restriction or suppression of your personal data. You can make that request in writing, using contact@mako-iot.io address. We will respond to your objection within one week. When processing is restricted, CSHARK will be permitted to store your personal data, but not use it.

Right to object

You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data when CSHARK doesn’t have a compelling reason for doing so. You can make an objection in writing using contact@mako-iot.io address. We will respond to your objection within one week.

Automated decision making and profiling

CSHARK does not use your personal data in the automated decision making process nor for the profiling of any kind.

What information do we collect?

You have the right to be informed about the collection and use of your personal data. We collect information from you when you contact us and gather data when you use CSHARK website and services. While contacting us, you will be required to enter your name and e-mail address, which we'll use only for contacting you back. If you'll decide to subscribe for a newsletter, your e-mail address will be used for the purpose of delivering it to you. If you apply for a job, your data will be used during the entire recruitment process. If you gave CSHARK permission to use your personal data in future recruitments as well, your data will be stored and used whenever such opportunity arises. When using CSHARK services, we record the IP address that the request originated from. We also may retain server logs which include the IP address of every request to our server.

Any of the information we collect from you may be used in one of the following ways:
