Deleting Your Solandris Account and Data

1. How can I delete my account?

You may delete your Solandris account at any time.

Sign in, open your account settings and select the account deletion option. For security, you will be asked to confirm the operation with your password.

You can also request deletion by emailing contact@solandris.com. We may ask you to verify your identity.

Account deletion is free of charge.

2. What will be deleted?

Account deletion covers, in particular:

• your user profile;
• devices assigned to your Solandris account;
• information source configurations, including stored access credentials;
• presets and rules you own;
• scheduled jobs and associated execution history.

Deleting your account ends your use of the service under that account.

3. What happens to my devices?

Devices linked to the deleted account lose access to Solandris services associated with that account.

Account deletion does not physically erase the device's memory. Some settings, such as Wi-Fi configuration, may remain stored locally.

If you intend to sell or give away a device, we recommend restoring its factory settings in accordance with the device instructions.

4. Is all data deleted immediately?

Account data and associated configurations are removed from active systems as part of the deletion process.

Some information may remain temporarily in backups or technical logs according to applicable retention rules.

We may also retain information where required by law or necessary to establish, pursue or defend legal claims.

5. What about presets shared with others?

Deleting your account removes presets owned by you from your account.

If other users previously made their own copies of your shared presets, those copies may remain in their accounts.

6. Can I recover my account?

Account deletion is irreversible. Once completed, we cannot guarantee recovery of deleted data or configurations.

You may create a new account if registration is available and you meet its requirements.
